Delivery and Returns

Every purchase supports education, we appreciate your understanding that used filament cannot be returned.

1. Order Processing and Shipping

We ship orders promptly and do our best to ensure your filament arrives safely and on time. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location.

2. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened filament within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible:
* Items must be in original condition and packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required

3. Shipping Accuracy

Unused, unopened products may be returned within --- of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Process

Fill the form by the Contact page to request a return authorization. Once approved, ship your item back with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item)

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
